We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to contribute significantly to how users perceive and engage with our tool. As a Content Designer, you will be tasked with leading content design for a substantial section of our product. Your responsibilities will include shaping strategy, establishing voice and structure, and ensuring outcomes are communicated clearly and with a human-centered approach.

• Experience: ~5+ years in content design / UX writing, with a proven track record of high-impact product initiatives

• Strategic mindset: Ability to connect content decisions to business outcomes, product metrics, and long-term customer value

• Systems thinking: Expertise in building scalable systems - content libraries, naming conventions, voice/tone frameworks, design systems integration

• Leadership: Skilled at driving alignment across teams and functions; able to influence senior stakeholders with clear rationale and evidence

• User-centered design: Comfortable with research, usability testing, data analysis, and applying insights to content strategy
